Pranayama for Balancing the Tattvas (5 Elements)

This meditation helps to balance the 5 energies within us: air, fire, earth, water, and ether.
We begin with a discussion and explanation, do some yogic warmups, and then meditate together. Afterwards, there are a few questions and answers as well!
